Metaphenomic database: Neurodegenerative disease
This is a large dataset of machine readable metaphenomic annotations for a variety of neurodegenerative conditions.
Technology No. 97-441
Metaphenomics is a system to organize and annotate published phenotyping data following the recommended best practice in the field where possible, producing structured .json files organized according to the phenopackets and brain imaging data structure (BIDS) standards, annotated using standard ontology libraries for phenotypes and disease (HPO, MONDO). This ongoing dataset covers a wide spectrum of neurological disease, with a focus on neurodegenerative movement disorders (Parkinson’s syndromes) and related disorders (e.g. Alzheimers).
