Description:

A bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) transgenic line that expresses tamoxifen-inducible Cre recombinase in Fgfr3-expressing cells throughout the body, including astrocytes in the CNS, neural stem cells in the SVZ, hippocampus and spinal cord ependymal zone, and inner ear cells (organ of Corti).
